Our Terms of Service

By using our website, making a booking online, or calling us directly, you agree to abide by our service terms and policies. All reservations made with Quick Cab HFX are subject to the terms outlined below, and by confirming a booking, you acknowledge your full acceptance of these conditions.

Payment Terms

We only charge your credit card if you explicitly authorize us to do so. A valid credit card must be provided to secure any booking.

Cancellation Terms

To avoid being charged in full, please cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made later than that will result in the full service fee being charged.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the scheduled pickup point and haven’t informed us in advance, you will be billed the full service amount.

Additional Charges

Extra charges may apply for additional stops, waiting time, or special requests. These will be communicated at the time of booking and reflected in your total payment.

Service Completion

A service is considered fulfilled once the cancellation deadline passes, whether or not you use the vehicle. You also agree to pay any additional applicable fees.

Reservation Modifications

Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to modify your reservation. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, though they may depend on availability and could incur extra charges.

Liability Disclaimer

Quick Cab HFX is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.

Behavior Guidelines

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, including but not limited to intoxication, harassment, or other misconduct.

Privacy Assurance

Your personal information is stored securely and kept confidential. We do not share your details with third parties, except when required by law or necessary to fulfill your reservation.

Accuracy of Booking Details

Please review your reservation carefully to ensure all information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the date, time, or location submitted by you, the customer.

Incorrect Information by Customers

If incorrect details are provided during booking and a driver is dispatched, any related charges will remain the customer’s responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major forms of payment for your convenience.

Card Processing Fee

All card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
